Faith Citadel Cares: The Blessing Bag Initiative

Thank you, church, for your incredible generosity with our Adopt-a-Family initiative! We successfully met our goals, but the need continues.

Due to rising food costs and disruptions in community benefits like SNAP, we are continuing our food drive all year long through our new Blessing Bag Initiative.

Each Blessing Bag will provide two complete, non-perishable meals for families and individuals in our church and community needing extra support during this time. Here’s how you can be a part of this vital ministry.

1. How to Give: Two Ways to Help

You can support this initiative by donating funds or by providing complete meal kits.

Option A: Give Financially (Most Flexible)

Your financial donation allows our team to purchase items in bulk and fill any specific gaps in our pantry. This is a simple and highly effective way to contribute.

Option B: Give Food (Build a Meal Kit)

You can also donate complete, non-perishable meals. To make it easy, we are asking for "Meal Kits"—please pack the items for one of the meals below into a single paper or plastic bag.

You can drop off your donated bags and items at the Reconnect Center in the lobby any Sunday.
